Introduction

At Girls London, we aim to maintain a respectful, lawful, and transparent platform. This Removal Policy explains how models and users can request removal or correction of content and data. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Legal / Terms of Use.

1. Content & Data Eligible for Removal

We consider requests for the following categories:

Model content: photographs, profile text, availability, rates and other profile fields.
User-generated content: comments and questions posted on model profiles.
Personal data: identifying information published without consent, or that is inaccurate/outdated.
Booking records: history associated with your account (subject to retention rules in the Privacy Policy).
Defamatory, offensive or false material in breach of our Terms.
Copyright-infringing content (see also our DMCA section in Legal).
Unlawful content or material otherwise violating UK law or platform standards.

2. How to Submit a Removal Request

Send an email to contact@girlslondon.co.uk with subject line: “Content / Data Removal Request”. Your message should include:

Full name of the requester (or authorised legal representative).
Direct URL(s) to the specific content or a detailed description of its location.
Detailed explanation of the reason (e.g., privacy, inaccuracy, copyright, Terms violation).
Proof of identity (passport or government-issued ID). If acting on behalf of someone else—signed authorisation.
If you are the account holder—please send the request from your registered email whenever possible.

3. Account & Data Removal

User accounts can be deleted via profile settings or by emailing contact@girlslondon.co.uk. Upon confirmation, account data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Session/CSRF cookies are stored for up to 30 days and then removed automatically.

Booking history linked to your account is retained for up to 12 months for customer support and dispute handling (see Privacy Policy). You may request deletion earlier; in certain cases we may preserve minimal records if required by law or for ongoing disputes.

Comments and questions may be removed by request from the author, the profiled model, or by moderation when they breach our Terms (offensive, defamatory, false, spam, or linking to external promotions).

4. Moderation & Complaints

We moderate content to protect users and the integrity of the platform. For details, see Content Moderation and Complaints Procedure in the Legal / Terms. In short:

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours.
Review is typically completed within 7 business days.
Urgent privacy or legal risks may be escalated for faster processing.
Outcomes include removal, edits/updates, or a reasoned denial.

5. Response Timeline

We aim to process removal requests as quickly as possible:

Acknowledgement: within 48 hours.
Investigation & decision: within 5–10 business days.
We will contact you within 3 business days if additional information is required.

6. Outcomes

After review, one of the following will apply:

Content/data is removed.
Content/data is edited or updated.
Request is declined with an explanation.

7. Repeat or Abusive Requests

Abuse of the removal process (e.g., repeated, fraudulent or harassing requests) may result in temporary or permanent blocks and, in severe cases, legal action.

8. Legal Disclaimer

Girls London acts in good faith to balance individual rights with legal obligations and platform safety. However, removal may not be possible where law requires retention, where there is public interest, or where an active dispute exists. We may retain minimal records necessary for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
